The fifth graders at Animas Valley Elementary have been working hard the past few months to question, research, and take ACTION on issues and events around the world. The students have been looking at different ways of HOW WE EXPRESS OURSELVES looking closely at different perspectives to how "We communicate our shared human experiences through ..." Students are excited to share their work and ACTIONS during the 5th grade exhibition being held at Animas Valley throughout the day on Thursday, May 28th. Please come out and support our students and all their efforts.
Earth Day 2015 is right around the corner. There are lots of different activities going on through the school this week as students work to support our Earth. Take time this week to sit down with your child and share stories about what you love about our Earth. Come up with a plan of how you and your family can take ACTION to help care for our Earth.
